Working Principle
This pressurized solar water heater operates using an advanced indirect circulation system:
1. Solar Energy Collection: The flat plate collector, installed on a sun-exposed roof, absorbs solar radiation. Its absorbent coating and insulated casing maximize solar thermal efficiency.
2. Heat Transfer Process: A proprietary anti-freeze heat transfer fluid is heated within the sealed copper tubes of the solar collector.
3. Closed-Loop Circulation: A pump, managed by a differential temperature controller, circulates the hot fluid through a heat exchanger coil surrounding the enamel water tank. This forms a pressurized primary circuit.
4. Indirect Water Heating: Heat is transferred from the coil to the potable water in the tank without the two fluids mixing, ensuring a clean and pressurized domestic hot water supply.
5. On-Demand Hot Water: When a tap is opened, the incoming mains water pressure pushes the stored hot water out, providing a strong flow to all outlets, identical to conventional systems but powered by free solar energy.
