Working Principle:
split flat plate solar water heater operates on a forced circulation system:
1. Absorption: Sunlight is absorbed by black/blue coating collector, heating a special antifreeze fluid inside its copper tubes.
2. Pumped Circulation: A smart controller compares temperatures. When the collector is much hotter than the water tank, it triggers a pump.
3. Heat Exchange: The pump circulates the hot fluid to a heat exchanger (coil) inside the storage tank. Heat is transferred to the domestic water, without the fluids ever mixing.
4. Return: The cooled fluid returns to the collector to be reheated, repeating the cycle until the entire tank of water is hot.
