It can not only solve the problem of hot water for the family, but also solve the problem of heating for the family. When there is sunshine, the heat energy is mainly provided by solar energy. When it is cloudy, rainy or at night, the air source heat pump will be started through the control system to supplement the heat. This greatly reduces the energy cost of the system. This system is not a simple combination of two products. It needs to be designed according to the applications and climate factors, and a suitable solar energy guarantee rate is used to ensure the optimal combination of the entire system when it is used. In addition, the simple solar energy we see is also a mature system-a solar split system. The water heater is placed on the roof, and the water tank is placed in the basement or balcony. The hot water supply is realized at multiple points through the pipeline.
Split solar water heater system
This is a split solar water heater system. Providing hot water to the villa. It is different from compact solar water heater, the collector is placed on the roof, and the water tank can be placed in the indoor storage room or utility room. It mainly consists of several parts:
Flat plate solar collectors, water tanks, workstations, expansion tanks.
The first part is the flat plate solar collector, which is made of 5 parts. First of all, the top is the cover plate, which is made of 3.2mm thick Low iron super white cloth tempered glass. This glass has two advantages: First, it has high light transmittance and can receive more sunlight. Secondly, it has high safety, can effectively protect the internal structure of the collector, and is not easily broken. Even if it breaks, it will not hurt people.
Below is the main part of our product--solar absorber. We will introduce it in detail later.
Under solar absorber is insulation. we provide polyester fiber, glass wool, etc. we usually use polyester fiber, which has good thermal insulation properties. The bottom is the back plate. The material is color-coated plate,thickness is 0.3mm ,which protects the appearance.there are others for choice, such as: galvanized plate, PVC sheet, embossing aluminum ,etc.
1. Finally, there is frame. Material is aluminum alloy, we also have galvanized sheet, color-coated sheets, stainless steel and other materials. Usually we use aluminum alloy. The regular thickness is 0.8mm, 1mm, and color is black, silver ,red and others to meet your market. For example, Generally, American customers like silver frame, but Vietnamese customers like gold frame, which can be customized.
2. The second part is the water tank. The capacity of the water tank is also different, from 100L to 1000L, and other capacities can be customized. The inner tank is made of stainless steel and is placed indoors.Coils can be installed in the water tank for hot water and heating.
3. The third part is the workstation for circulation between the collector and the water tank. Includes controller and pump station. The controller can display and control hot water temperature and water level. If the customer does not specify a controller, we will equip it with a well-known brand Shuangji controller.
4. The last part is the expansion tank, which functions to relieve pressure changes and provide partial water supply.

Heating Climate Curve
There are a total of 32 climate curves (16 cooling curves+16 heating curves) for users to choose from, and there are also 2 curves (1 cooling curve+1 heating curve) for users to customize.
Cooling Climate Curve
After selecting a certain climate curve, the target water temperature of the unit will be automatically set based on the outdoor ambient temperature (using different set water temperatures at different ambient temperatures will be more comfortable and energy-saving).
Electricity Consumption Statistic Analysis
This function allows the user to analyse the heat pump’s electricity consumption at different time intervals and optimise its settings to save even more in terms of heating costs.
Automatic Matching Smart Grid Control
