Technical Principle
This product operates based on the thermal principle and belongs to a passive solar system. The metal heat-absorbing plates (usually copper or aluminum) inside the flat collector are coated with selective absorption coatings, which efficiently absorb solar radiation and convert it into thermal energy. The heat is conducted to the copper tube flow channels closely connected to the heat-absorbing plates, heating the medium inside the tubes. The heated medium has a reduced density and naturally rises, entering the water tank through the upper circulation pipe; the cooler medium flows through the lower circulation pipe into the bottom of the collector, forming a natural circulation. This process repeats continuously, gradually heating all the water in the water tank. As a pressurized system, the water tank is directly connected to the tap water, and the water pressure is equivalent to that of the water supply network, meeting the demand for simultaneous use by multiple users.
