III. Working Principle

The commercial flat-panel solar water heating system adopts the principle of forced circulation and indirect heat exchange: 

1. Solar heat collection panel: The flat plate collector absorbs sunlight, and the blue titanium film coating converts the light energy into heat energy, which heats the anti-freezing medium in the flow channel. 

2. Temperature Difference Circulation: When the temperature of the collector is 5-8℃ higher than that of the bottom of the water tank, the intelligent controller activates the circulation pump, which pumps the hot medium into the built-in coil of the water tank. The heat is transferred through the coil wall to the domestic water, and after cooling, the medium returns to the collector. 

3. Auxiliary heating: In case of rainy days or when the water temperature in the tank is insufficient, the controller will automatically activate electric heating or link with heat pumps or gas boilers to ensure a constant supply of hot water. 

4. Pressure-stored water supply: The enamel inner tank water tank is directly connected to the tap water supply. When the hot water tap is turned on, constant-pressure hot water is immediately available. Even when multiple users are using water simultaneously, there will be no fluctuations. 

5. Anti-freezing protection: The system automatically performs low-temperature circulation or adds antifreeze fluid to prevent the collectors and pipelines from freezing, making it suitable for cold regions.

VII. Installation Precautions

1. Orientation and Angle: Facing south (north in the Southern Hemisphere), with an angle of ±10° relative to the local latitude. Avoid obstructions.

2. Water Tank Position: Place it at an indoor load-bearing area. For a 500L full load, approximately 550kg, confirm the floor load-bearing capacity.

3. Circulation Pipeline: Length ≤ 25 meters, insulation ≥ 30mm. Install an electric heating tape outdoors to prevent freezing.

4. Support Fixation: Use an aluminum alloy support to firmly connect to the roof, with a wind resistance grade of ≥ 12.

5. Ceramic Inner Tank Protection: During installation, avoid hard objects hitting the inner tank; ensure the exhaust valve is open before filling the system with water to prevent damage to the enamel layer due to dry burning.

6. Anti-freezing and Pressure Test: Add antifreeze in cold regions; after installation, conduct a 1.2 MPa water pressure test and hold pressure for 30 minutes without leakage.
