The flat plate collector is equipped with a high-strength aluminum alloy frame and low iron tempered glass panel. III. Working Principle

The flat plate pressure-bearing solar water heater adopts the forced circulation working principle and realizes efficient utilization of solar energy and stable water supply through the intelligent controller. 

1. Thermal energy conversion: Sunlight passes through the low iron tempered glass of the flat collector and is directed onto the selective heat-absorbing coating. The coating efficiently converts solar radiation energy into thermal energy, heating the heat transfer medium (antifreeze) in the copper tubes inside the collector. 

2. Thermal differential cycle: When the temperature of the collector is 5-10℃ higher than that of the water tank, the intelligent controller automatically starts the circulation pump, transferring the heat in the collector to the coil or jacket of the water tank. Through heat exchange, the domestic water in the water tank is heated. 

3. Pressure-supplied water supply: The water tank is a fully enclosed pressure-bearing structure that is directly connected to the water supply pipeline. VII. Installation Precautions

1. Collector orientation: It is recommended to face south or 15° west of south. This ensures the optimal sunlight angle and avoids shading by obstructions. Multiple collectors should be installed in parallel, kept level and consistent, and the pipeline should adopt a single-pass design to ensure uniform flow.
