1. Usually on cloudy or rainy days when there is no sunlight, we use electric heating to heat the water. What if the electric heating doesn't work?

Answer: It could be due to issues such as faulty circuits or damaged electric heating tubes. For the former, you need to check the power transmission lines, including the connection points from the solar automatic controller to the electric heating device; for the latter, you need to bring the electric heating tube. 

2. What should I do if hot water comes out of the cold water pipe?

Answer: If hot water is coming out of the cold water pipe, it might be because no check valve was installed in the piping system, or the check valve has broken. For the former case, a check valve should be immediately installed; for the latter case, just replace it. 

3. Is there no water in the solar water tank?

Answer: It might be because the water pressure of the tap water is low, causing the pressure-limiting one-way valve to malfunction, or you forgot to fill the solar water tank with water. The former case requires replacing the one-way valve. 

4. The faucet doesn't produce hot water?

Answer: It could be that the cold water valve for the water supply is closed. In this case, all you need to do is to set the cold water valve to its normal open position. 

5. The power indicator light of the solar automatic controller is not on?

Answer: The main power supply is not connected, or there is poor contact inside the controller. The indicator light might be broken as well. We need to check the power plug and the three-wire socket. If you don't have an electrical background, it's better to have a professional repair person come and fix it. 

6. What should be done if the temperature drops too quickly?

Answer: The pressure of the tap water is too high, so the flushing force of the cold water is relatively strong and it is easy to enter the solar water tank and mix with the hot water, resulting in a relatively low hot water output rate. We need to install a pressure stabilizing valve on the water inlet pipeline of the solar water tank to limit the water pressure to a certain level. 

7. When using electric auxiliary heating, the water temperature coming out is very low?

Answer: The automatic heating temperature is set too low, there is too much water in the water tank, resulting in a long heating time and damage to the electric heating tube; it could also be that the solar automatic controller has malfunctioned. We can reduce the water in the water tank; check if the heating tube is damaged; check if there is any problem with the solar automatic control settings. 

8. If the solar water heating system fails and cannot operate normally due to other reasons?

Answer: If we cannot determine the specific cause of the failure, we will have to contact professional maintenance personnel.
