I. Working Principle: Phase change heat transfer, highly efficient and stable 

The core technology of the heat pipe solar collector lies in the fully enclosed "heat pipe" phase change heat transfer system. Sunlight passes through the highly transparent vacuum glass tube (with a transmittance of ≥ 0.89), is absorbed by the selective absorption coating inside the tube and converted into thermal energy. The heat is conducted through the aluminum fins to the evaporation section of the heat pipe, and the special working fluid inside the heat pipe vaporizes upon heating and carries the heat upward to the condensation section at the top. In the condensation section, the heat is transferred to the heat transfer medium (such as water or thermal oil) in the combined collector through the heat transfer block, completing the heat exchange. After releasing the heat, the working fluid condenses into a liquid and flows back under the force of gravity to the evaporation section, entering the next cycle. This "evaporation - release heat - condensation - reflux" cycle process realizes the efficient, rapid and continuous transmission of solar thermal energy

The heat pipe collector does not require direct water injection into the vacuum tubes, completely eliminating the risk of freezing and cracking in winter. The heat pipe can start operating at a temperature of ≤ 30℃, and there is no freezing damage even in an environment of -25℃. It can still operate stably even in the extremely cold condition of -50℃. 3. Zero leakage risk, with a service life exceeding 15 years 

The fully enclosed heat transfer structure is adopted, ensuring that water does not flow inside the vacuum tubes. This fundamentally eliminates the problems of leakage, corrosion and scaling. Even if a single vacuum tube is damaged, it will not affect the normal operation of the entire system. It can be replaced online without the need for shutdown maintenance. The designed service life of the system exceeds 15 years, significantly reducing the long-term operation and maintenance costs.
